Excellent Customer Service

My husband had placed an order for Saturday delivery. We were having my a luau for my daughter's first birth on Sunday. Upon checking the fed ex tracking we realized it would not be delivered until Monday and would miss the party. I contacted Pacific Leis and worked with Jennefer. She figured out the issue with shipping and had the status changed for Saturday delivery. Unfortunately it would still not arrive in time due to weather conditions. She constantly stayed in contact with us. She had another shipment overnighted to us with UPS to ensure arrival in time for the party. I would highly recommend this company.
