We'd ordered 3 leis for a 50th anniversary celebration - two for the couple and one for a musician hired to play Hawaiian slack key music. Although arriving fresh and looking quite nice, only two of the three that were ordered arrived. After an apology and review of the order, they promptly credited our account for the one that was not shipped. I would certainly work with them again.
I needed 16 leis for a football senior night. And not only did we receive them on time, but they were fresh and ready for the senior night. Very fast and efficient service. I have recommended them to multiple people.

I purchased two leis for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. They honeymooned in Hawaii and my brothers and I thought real leis from Hawaii would be a nice, sentimental touch. The flowers arrived on time for the surprise party and were incredibly fresh! They looked amazing and they were the perfect addition to the Hawaiian themed party.

The leis I ordered were absolutely beautiful! We were in Hawaii in April on a cruise and our ship broke down in Hilo and we missed our Luau in Kaui. So we had a Luau at home with our friends to make up for what we missed. I wanted to make it special, so I ordered from Pacific Leis. They were so nice and helpful and made sure to have them delivered when I needed them. Our friends were so thrilled when they saw them! I ordered leis for my twin kids’ high school graduation. We live in the SF Bay Area, and the forecast the day before graduation was 97F (usual temp this time of year is 80F). I was worried about the condition of the flowers and kept checking the delivery updates. The leis were delivered by noon, and they were BEAUTIFUL. My kids received many compliments on their leis. We very pleased with the delivery process and the excellent condition of the lei when it arrived in New York. This is an elegant, eye-catching lei that was much admired at our daughter's graduation, and especially worthy of attention as leis are a novelty in the Northeast. This lei may appear to be delicate, but we discovered that it is actually very durable and hardy. Even 2 days after graduation (and all the hugging and jostling that goes along with such an event, and no refrigeration to boot), the lei was still in great condition. All those feathery white petals stayed intact all that time with no visible bruises. Well done, Pacific Leis!!

We did a bulk order of leis for graduation and had a complicated issue with shipping (the problem was FedEx not Pacific Leis). We worked with Jen and she immediately sent replacements so we could have fresh leis in time for graduation. Exceptional service and the leis were beautiful!
They were beautiful and in perfect condition, even after sitting in a box in the fridge for a couple days. We ordered for our daughter, who was graduating college ... she loved it!
All I can say, AMAZING! I ordered 4 leis and it came in well packed and still fresh!!!! I ordered 3 days ahead of the event and it was still fresh!
The Lei's were wonderful. The icepack that was packed with them, was melted and warm upon arrival.
