Green Mongo Shell Lei

We ordered these for our upcoming wedding. They came exactly on time and are beautiful. We noticed one was missing an end kukui nut. We emailed a picture and expressed our concern and they immediately sent us a new replacement no questions asked! Fantastic quality and amazing customer service. Only thing we wish is if there was an option to do regular shipping instead of expedited to cut down on some cost. Can understand where it is necessary for flower leis but shell ones should not apply. Thank you pacific leis!!
